How the school is run

Proprietor & governance

Sets the direction of the group, holds the standard, and answers for it. Life Baker has been under continuous ownership since 2006.

Principal & Head Teacher

Run the secondary and primary schools day to day, timetabling, staffing, discipline and academic outcomes.

Heads of department

Sciences, Arts, Commercial, Languages, ICT and the entrepreneurship programmes, each accountable for their own results.

Student welfare unit

Seasoned guidance counsellors on hand to support, assist and advise every child throughout their time here.
