Whether you have never opened a terminal or you are building on real expertise, the curriculum is industry-aligned and taught practically.

Digital Literacy
Files, documents, spreadsheets, email and the internet, the floor everything else stands on.
- 02 Beginner → Intermediate
Graphics Design
Layout, typography and brand work, on the software studios actually use.
- 03 Intermediate
Web Development
Building and publishing real sites, from markup and styling through to deployment.
- 04 Intermediate
Python Programming
Programming from first principles, logic, data and automation.
- 05 Practical
Computer Engineering
Repair and maintenance: diagnosis, components, assembly and getting a dead machine running.
- 06 Technical
AutoCAD
2D and 3D computer-aided design for engineering, construction and architecture.
When it runs
Built around a working week.
- Monday to Friday
- 4:00pm to 6:00pm
- Saturday
- 9:00am to 4:00pm
Life Baker students attend after lessons. Adults and external learners take the same courses in the evening or on Saturdays.

- Microsoft Imagine Academy. World-class computer education, delivered free to every Life Baker learner.

The CBT centre
250 machines, under one roof.
One of the largest computer-based test centres of any school in the state, and the reason Life Baker can run a national competition on its own equipment rather than hiring a hall.
