What we do with your details.
This covers the details you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to protect us.
Who we are
Life Baker Group of Schools, Life Baker Bus Stop, Ijoko-Agbado Road, Near Sango, Ogun State, Nigeria. We decide how the details you give us are used, which under Nigerian law makes us the data controller.

What we collect, and why
Only what the form asks for. Nothing is gathered in the background.
- Name
- So we know who we are replying to.
- Phone number
- The quickest way to reach a parent in Nigeria, and the one we usually use.
- Email address
- Optional. If you give it, our reply goes there instead.
- Class of interest
- So the enquiry reaches the right part of the school.
- Preferred date and time
- Campus visit requests only, so we can confirm a slot.
- Your message
- Whatever you chose to tell us.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits it.
Why we are allowed to use it
Because you asked us a question and we need your details to answer it. In the language of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, that is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with your consent in sending the form.
Where your message goes
When you press Send, your message goes to the school's own records system at portal.lifebakerschool.com. It is stored there and emailed to our admissions office. No form service or other outside company handles it.
We are telling you plainly that our records system and our email are hosted on servers outside Nigeria, as the rest of the school's records are, so your details are stored outside the country. If you would rather they were not, call or visit us instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted automatically, unless your child enrols, in which case the details become part of the pupil record and are governed by the school's records policy.
Who else sees it
Only the admissions staff who need to answer you. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other schools, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
What you can ask us to do
- See what we hold
- Ask us for a copy of the details we have about you or your child.
- Correct it
- Tell us if anything we hold is wrong and we will fix it.
- Have it deleted
- Ask us to erase your enquiry. We will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent
- Tell us to stop contacting you and we will stop.
- Complain
- If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children
Enquiries about a child should be sent by a parent or guardian. If a child sends us their details without a parent knowing, tell us and we will delete them.
