This covers the details you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to protect us.
Who we are
Life Baker Group of Schools, Life Baker Bus Stop, Ijoko-Agbado Road, Near Sango, Ogun State, Nigeria. We decide how the details you give us are used, which under Nigerian law makes us the data controller.

What we collect, and why
Only what the form asks for. Nothing is gathered in the background.
- Name
- So we know who we are replying to.
- Phone number
- The quickest way to reach a parent in Nigeria, and the one we usually use.
- Email address
- Optional. If you give it, our reply goes there instead.
- Class of interest
- So the enquiry reaches the right part of the school.
- Preferred date and time
- Campus visit requests only, so we can confirm a slot.
- Your message
- Whatever you chose to tell us.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits it.
Why we are allowed to use it
Because you asked us a question and we need your details to answer it. In the language of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, that is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with your consent in sending the form.
Your message leaves Nigeria to reach us
This website has no mail server of its own. When you press Send, your message is passed to FormSubmit, a form delivery service operating outside Nigeria, which forwards it to our office inbox and holds a copy for up to 30 days before deleting it.
We are telling you this plainly because it is a transfer of your details out of the country. FormSubmit does not publish which country it operates from, and we will not guess at one. If you would rather not use the form, call or email us and nothing passes through them at all.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless your child enrols, in which case the details become part of the pupil record and are governed by the school's records policy. FormSubmit deletes its own copy after 30 days.
Who else sees it
Only the admissions staff who need to answer you. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other schools, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
What you can ask us to do
- See what we hold
- Ask us for a copy of the details we have about you or your child.
- Correct it
- Tell us if anything we hold is wrong and we will fix it.
- Have it deleted
- Ask us to erase your enquiry. We will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent
- Tell us to stop contacting you and we will stop.
- Complain
- If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children
Enquiries about a child should be sent by a parent or guardian. If a child sends us their details without a parent knowing, tell us and we will delete them.
